• What are your Opening Hours?

• Does my dog/cat need to be vaccinated?
  Yes all dogs and cats need up to date vaccinations.
  
  Cats must be vaccinated against; Infectious Feline Enteritis and Feline Respiratory Disease.
  
  Dogs must be vaccinated against; Canine Distemper, Infectious Canine Hepatitis (Canine Adenovirus,) Bordatella Kennel Cough and Leptospirosis and Canine Parvovirus.
  
  Current vaccination certificates must be presented for each animal on arrival and original certificates must be retained for the duration of stay.
  
  
  
• How many days before my dogs boards with you does it need to have the Kennel Cough vaccine if it's not had it before?
  It takes 14 clear days for the vaccine to enter a dogs system. We advise the earlier you have this vaccine the better.
• Do you require me to bring my own pets food?
  Yes we do. Please ensure you provide enough food for the duration of your pets stay.
  
• Can I bring my pet's belongings?
  We require all animals to come in with their own food and enough for the duration of their stay.
  
  Please feel free to bring in any treats, toys or bedding.
  
  The only items we ask that you don't bring is bowls (we have plenty and we don't want to break or lose yours), brushes (same reason as bowls) or beanbags (incase they split).
  
  Their toys, bedding, ect will remain in their Kennel/Chalet while they are with us, unless they are soiled or damaged.
  
  We do not accept any responsibility for anything that is lost, damaged or eaten!
• Can you administer medication?
  Our staff are trained to administer all medication as prescribed. Please let us know your pets medication requirements and please bring all of their medication into our reception when you check in.
  Please make sure you bring in enough for their stay!
• Can my pets share a Kennel / Chalet?
  
  Dogs from the same home can share a kennel if you want them to, or they can be seperated but please let us know if you'd like them to be exercised together.
  
  Cats from the same home can share a Cat Chalet if you want them to, or they can be seperated.
  
  Our Cattery and Kennels are completely separate so dogs and cats can't be housed together.
• Can I view your Kennels / Cattery before I book?
  You are welcome to come and view our Kennels and/or Cattery, no appointment needed. Please drop in any time between 9am-11am & 4pm-5pm Monday - Sunday
  
• Do you take aggressive, nervous, injured or disabled pets?
  We take animals of all temperaments, abilities and we don't judge! Please just let us know of any special requirements that your dog or cat has and we will accommodate them if safe to do so. We will not put ANY staff at risk.
  
  If you have any concerns regarding your pets temperament whilst with us, please contact us to discuss trial days or overnight stays.
• Do you accept XL Bully's?
  Yes, we are fully insured to board XL Bully's, we must be provided with a copy of their exemption certificate and public liability insurance for each stay.
• Do you offer day boarding?
  We have no minimum limit on the number of days that you must board your pet with us.
• Do you mix / socialise the dogs?
  We ask upon arrival if you consent to your pet being socialised with others. If you do not consent they will be exercised alone.
• Do I have to pay a deposit?

  Charges are per day, not per night but you are able to collect and drop off during any of our opening hours, no appointment needed.
  
  When you make a booking request by email, in person, telephone, website or social media, your booking is not confirmed until Noosabay have received the agreed payment. We will ask you for full payment either at the time of booking or two months in advance.
  Please telephone us to make payment or visit the premises during our opening hours. We do not accept cheques, American Express cards, or Bank Transfer. If a booking is cancelled 21 days prior to the due arrival date, a full refund applies. If a booking is cancelled less than 21 days prior to the due arrival date, you will be refunded the amount of the booking that can be replaced.
  
  This may not be the whole amount paid or the booking may not be replaced. All cancellation refunds are at the discretion of Noosabay. When a booking is made at Noosabay it is for that particular time slot. Bookings and payments can not be transferred to future time slots.
• Do you take small animals?
  We can look after almost all small animals, reptiles, birds, rabbits, giant snails ect. We charge £9.00 per day per small animal and we require you to bring in their housing, bedding and food (we will top up any fresh food as and when needed). We aim to handle, clean and feed them as they are used to at home.
• What happens if my pet becomes unwell while staying with you?
  We monitor all pets closely, constantly during their stay, if they become unwell we will try to contact you and/or take them to the vet. We will endeavour to take them to their regular vet but if that is not possible then we will take them to one of our vets
  
  We do not insure for your pet’s illness or any other medical condition whilst in our care. Any further expenses will be charged to the owner. It is emphasised that our insurance excludes any current or recurrent illness or injury.
• When will my pet be fed?
  We aim to feed your pets the same they are fed at home, including the type of food, frequency, amount, ect.
  
  We do not stock any foods as there are too many popular brands so we ask all customers to bring their own food. Please bring a couple of extra meals incase you are delayed.
  
  On a typical day we give out breakfast around 7am, lunch around 12pm, dinner around 5pm and late feeds around 8pm.
  If your pet(s) need to be seperated when feeding, please inform a member of staff upon check in.
  
  We have purpose built kitchens in our Kennels and Cattery, both with fridges, freezers and microwaves.
  
  Please just discuss any specific requirements with us and we will try to accommodate them.
  
  You are welcome (encouraged) to bring in treats for your pets - and the staff too!
  
  All animals have access to fresh drinking water at all times.
