You're leaving us in charge of some of the nearest and dearest members of your family and we fully recognise the amount of responsibility you're entrusting us with.

Below, we have a few frequently asked questions:

Our opening times are: Monday-Sunday 9-11am & 4-5pm. These are the allocated drop off and collection times.

Yes, all pets must be fully up to date with vaccinations.

Cats must be vaccinated against, Infectious Feline Enteritis and Feline Respiratory Disease.

Dogs must be vaccinated against; Canine Distemper, Infectious Canine Hepatitis (Canine Adenovirus,) Bordatella Kennel Cough and Leptospirosis and Canine Parvovirus.

Current, up to date vaccination evidence must be provided upon arrival to each stay.

You must bring your pets vaccination evidence and any food that they will require for their stay.

If you would like to bring along some of your pets bedding and toys you are welcome to bring these too, if not we will provide them with all that they need for a comfortable space.

We do not accept any responsibility for anything that is lost, damaged or eaten!

Our team are trained to administer all medications as prescribed, including tablets, liquids and topical supplements.

Please bring all medications clearly labelled with instructions and let us know on check in about any timing and handling requirements.

Your pet’s health and routine are the most important to us, and we will ensure their medication is given exactly as directed.

Pets are able to share if this is your preference, if they are from different households, we will require permission from both owners for them to share a kennel or pen. Dogs and cats cannot share housing.

You are welcome to view our facility anytime within our opening hours: Monday – Sunday 9-11am & 4-5pm. No need to make an appointment, just come along and see us!

Yes, we can take animals of all temperaments, our dedicated team have years of experience handling a wide range of breeds and temperaments.

We do not judge; we just ask that you give us as much information about your pet as you can. This helps us to put our staff’s safety first and give your pet the best possible stay.

Yes, we are fully insured to board XL Bully’s. You must provide a copy of their exemption certificate and public liability insurance.

We do not judge by breed and welcome your pet with open arms.

We check on arrival whether you would like your dog socialised with others. If you do not consent, they will not come into contact with any other dogs during the stay.

We take full payment two months in advance of every booking, please contact by phone or visit in person to do so.

We do not take bank transfer, American Express, or cheques.

If a booking is cancelled 21 or more days prior to its start date, a full refund applies.

If a booking is cancelled within 21 days of the start date, you will be refunded the amount that we were able to replace. This may be one day, the entire amount, or may not be replaced at all.

We can look after almost all small animals: reptiles, birds, rabbits, giant snails etc.

We charge £9.00 per day per small animal, and we require you to bring in their home comforts and food (we will top up any fresh food as and when needed). We aim to handle, clean and feed them as they are used to at home.

If your pet becomes unwell during their stay, we act quickly and with care. Our team monitor all guests closely and is trained to recognise early signs of illness or discomfort.

Should your pet show any symptoms, we’ll contact you promptly and seek veterinary attention if needed. We will always contact your registered veterinary practice first, but if not possible we will take them to one of our trusted vets. We will keep you informed every step of the way.

Whilst we take every precaution to ensure your pets wellbeing, please note that we are unable to provide insurance cover for any illness or pre-existing condition that may arise during the stay.

We aim to match your pets home routine as closely as possible, so let us know your schedule and we will do our best to follow this. We ask that you bring along your pet’s food, as well as a little extra in case of delays!

On a typical day, pets are fed around 8am & 4pm. We can give additional lunch meals at 12pm, and later dinners at 6-7pm.
